Step 1:
The first step is a short consultation over the phone. We will get an idea of your outdoor living wants and needs so we can come prepared to your free in-home consultation.
Step 2:
The free in-home consultation will encompass an in-depth discussion of your project aspirations and budget with knowledgeable direction from our designer. Initial measurements will also be taken for an accurate project estimate.
Step 3:
Architectural designs, options and associated costs will be sent back to you as a proposal within three business days in most cases with no fees and no commitment.
Step 4:
If you see something you absolutely love in the initial proposal we can proceed to step 5. Otherwise, we love tweaking our designs and options to fit your individual taste and budget. We strive to create the an outdoor living space that YOU helped design and will enjoy for years to come! You may want to combine ideas from multiple designs or tweak your favorite design to fit in your budget; either way we are here to help.
Step 5:
We then meet with you to go over the contract, schedule a start date and layout the production schedule for your project. We will answer any questions or concerns about the impact to your property and the necessary arrangements that will need to be made for access to the property, power, water, etc. during the construction phase.
Step 6:
During construction we will send progress updates via email, phone or in person. We’ll check to make sure you are satisfied with the service we are providing and will lay out the next steps ahead to final completion. Once construction is complete we will meet once more to do a final walk-through of your project and to answer any questions about the function and maintenance of your new deck, pergola, outdoor kitchen or outdoor room.
Step 7:
Fire up the grill, grab a cold one and enjoy your new outdoor living space! When your new pergola needs another coat of stain or if you need help winterizing the outdoor kitchen, we’re always just one phone call or email away.
